This Week: The season of Lent recalls the forty days that Jesus spent in the wilderness, contending with Satan’s manifold temptations. All of us experience wilderness times that result in troubling emotions that threaten to consume faith, hope, and love. What resources does the Christian faith give us to contend with anger, anxiety, grief, doubt, and fear? The Sunday Forum in Lent examines these wilderness emotions and others.
